Client waives all tort claims, strict liability claims and any and all other legal and equitable claims to the extent permitted by law against RetirementGuardian.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees and representatives. Visitor waives any tort claims that arise by act, or omission. Visitor further agrees that it may only bring claims against RetirementGuardian.com in Visitor's individual capacity and not as a member of a class.

Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to establish a partnership, joint venture, association, or employment relationship between the parties.
Waiver
The failure by RetirementGuardian.com to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any provision or right.
Severability
If any of the provisions of this Agreement are found or deemed by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, they shall be severable from the remainder of this Agreement and shall not cause the invalidity or unenforceability of the remainder of this Agreement.
